When supporting evidence is missing, the hard part is often knowing what was requested, what has arrived, and what still needs follow-up. Document Requests gives your team one focused way to ask for the files needed for an employee record.
How Document Requests works
- Select an employee and name one or more documents you need.
- Compliance Hub sends the employee a secure, time-limited upload link.
- The employee uploads each item from a phone or computer. You can see request progress and receive a notification when a requested document is uploaded.
Keep document collection moving
- Request multiple named documents in one request.
- Let employees return during the request window to finish remaining items or replace an uploaded item.
- Apply your existing document tags to each requested item.
- Keep uploaded documents associated with the right employee record for organized follow-up.
A limited secure upload link
Each request link is limited to its specific request and expires after seven days. It lets the employee see the request checklist and upload or replace requested files; it does not create a Compliance Hub account or let the employee view, download, or preview stored documents. Documents remain private to your organization’s Compliance Hub account.
