Who is Compliance Hub for?
Small employers managing employee documents, training, and certification records—especially safety and operations teams in warehouses, distribution, and construction. It organizes recordkeeping without replacing your training provider.
Is this only for training and certifications?
No. You can also collect and store driver’s licenses, drug-test documentation, and other employee documents. Keep files connected to the employee, even when they are not tied to a training course or certification.
Can employees upload their own documents?
Yes. Send a Document Request with the files you need. The employee receives a secure link, valid for seven days, and can upload from a phone or computer without a Compliance Hub account.
Can I bring existing records?
Yes. You can enter existing certification details and upload supporting documents. API integration is also available for connected systems. Contact us to discuss your starting point if you have a large collection of records.
Does the software decide whether we meet every requirement?
No. Compliance Hub helps you organize records, monitor dates, and prepare evidence. Your organization decides which requirements apply and remains responsible for its compliance decisions.
How are uploaded documents protected?
Uploaded documents are stored privately. Application downloads require an authenticated account and an ownership check. See our security page for details of the controls in place.
