These Terms of Service govern your use of Compliance Hub and related services.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Compliance Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Use of the Service
Compliance Hub provides tools for managing employee certification records, tracking expirations, supporting audit readiness, and delivering mobile-friendly compliance verification features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, controlling access to your account, and ensuring that information you submit is accurate, lawful, and that you have rights to use it.
You are also responsible for your users, administrators, employees, contractors, and any other persons who access the service through your account.
Billing and Subscriptions
Certain features of the service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts due for your selected plan.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the service terms or your account settings. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable, and plan limits, pricing, and features may be updated from time to time upon notice as permitted by law.
Customer Data
As between the parties, you retain ownership of the data, records, and materials you submit to the service, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, display, and use that data as necessary to provide and improve the service and comply with law.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases necessary to provide customer data to us and to permit our processing of that data in connection with the service.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and integrity of customer data and for maintaining any records required by law.
Compliance Hub SMS Program
Compliance Hub provides SMS notifications to employees on behalf of their employer. These messages include compliance-related information such as training and certification status, and secure links to access compliance records.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on employer usage. Messages are sent only when triggered by an employer action.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe the rights of others, submit harmful code, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent certification status, or send unlawful, misleading, or abusive communications.
You may not use the service in a manner that circumvents technical limitations, overloads infrastructure, or compromises the privacy, security, or availability of the platform or data belonging to others.
Disclaimers
Compliance Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The service is a recordkeeping and workflow tool and does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or a guarantee of compliance with any law, regulation, inspection, audit, or certification requirement. You remain solely responsible for your compliance obligations and employment practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliance Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts paid by you to us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
