Seeing COMPLIANCE-HUB or STRIPE*COMPLIANCE-HUB on your card statement? This is a subscription payment for Compliance Hub, an employee certification and compliance-tracking platform.
Review your account
Log in to Compliance Hub using the email address associated with your account. After signing in, open the company billing area to review your plan and billing history, or manage your subscription directly.
If someone else manages software subscriptions for your organization, check with that person too. The charge may relate to an account they opened for your team.
Ask us about a charge
Email support@compliance-hub.cloud with the charge date, amount, and the last four digits of the card. Do not send a full card number or password. We will use the information you provide to help identify the relevant subscription.
If you do not recognize the charge after checking with your team, contact us so we can review it with you. You can also contact your card issuer for guidance about the options available on your account.
